1849 - Master Muse Glass Jar Candle (Inspired by Hokusai)

Inspired by the dramatic movement and striking imagery of Katsushika Hokusai, this candle captures the energy and rhythm found in his iconic prints. Part of our Master Muse Collection honoring legendary artists and the year they took their final bow.

Spiced saffron opens the fragrance with vibrant warmth, layered with glowing amber resin and brightened by a twist of citrus peel. The fragrance feels dynamic and expressive—like the cresting wave of artistic imagination.

Each candle features original label artwork created by Matthew Volkman and is handmade in small batches by our founder, who personally develops every fragrance blend.
